.風邪がなかなか治りません。昨日は体がなまって仕方がないので「汗出してウォーキングすりゃ風邪くらいなおるんじゃね？！」と思って1時間半・少しゆっくりペースで歩き歩き。汗は確かにタップリ出て気分爽快！帰ってきてから食べたトマトスープもおいしかった！でもやっぱり風邪が治ってることはありませんでした。そりゃそーか・・・。ニンニクたっぷり刻んで作ったトマトスープをはふはふしながら食べたんですが、やはり薬とかには叶わないのかしら。明日は土曜日ですが仕事。とにかく風邪を悪化させないように、暖かいものを食べて今日はウォーキングお休みにして少し寝ることにしようかな～。とにかくノドが苦しい！持病の喘息が風邪でつらくなるのが1番きついです。あまり抗生物質・ホルモン剤などを服用すると確かに症状は軽減されますけど、むくんだりもろもろ副作用が。なるべく自然治療を最近心がけているので、食べ物に気をつけたり体を休めたりしてがんばって完治させようとおもってます。トマトスープも風邪ひいたときや疲れがたまったときはニンニクとショウガのみじん切りをタップリ加えて、それにプラスして発汗作
